Included origins:

  • Human

    • Regular experience, no advantages or disadvantages

  • Arachnid

    • Can climb up all solid surfaces, not just ladders

    • Can climb around inside of webs, craft webs with 2 string, temporarily trap things in webs when you hit them, and can see a glowing effect around any mobs inside of webs

    • Can only eat meat (any other food provides no saturation and poisons you)

    • Only has 7 hearts

    • Takes more damage and is given slowness by Bane of Arthropods

  • Avian

    • Slow falling unless sneaking

    • Can only sleep above Y 86

    • Moves faster than normal players

    • Lays an egg when sleeping through the night

    • Cannot eat meat (provides no saturation and poisons you)

  • Blazeborn

    • Immune to all forms of fire damage

    • Default spawn is in the nether

    • Deals extra damage when on fire

    • Cannot be poisoned or food poisoned

    • Takes damage in water

    • Has flame particles

    • Takes damage from snowballs and potions

  • Elytrian

    • Can glide without an elytra by double clicking jump

    • Can launch into the air by pressing shift whilst gliding

    • Deals double damage when gliding

    • Cannot wear armour better than chain

    • Gets slowness and weakness when a block is directly above

    • Takes double kinetic damage

  • Enderian

    • Can throw an ender pearl every 30 seconds by left clicking the air whilst holding nothing

    • Takes damage in water

    • Cannot see players wearing pumpkins, and gets poison and nausea from pumpkin pie

    • Has ender particles

    • Takes damage from potions

  • Feline

    • Takes no fall damage

    • Jumps higher when sprinting

    • Walking is not heard by sculk sensors or wardens

    • Only has 9 hearts

    • Cannot break natural stone if there are more than 2 natural stone blocks touching it

    • Scares creepers away unless you hit them first

    • Has night vision when out of water

  • Merling

    • Can breathe in water but not out of water

    • Can see clearer underwater

    • Can break blocks quicker underwater

    • Swims faster underwater

    • Only sink in water if you want to

    • Take extra damage from Impaling

    • Gets air from potions

  • Phantom

    • Can enter/exit Phantom Form by pressing left click whilst holding nothing

    • Can phase through blocks in Phantom Form

    • Invisible in Phantom Form

    • Burns in daylight when not in Phantom Form

    • Loses hunger faster in Phantom Form

    • Only has 7 hearts

    • Has a red overlay in Phantom Form

  • Shulk

    • Has 9 slots of inventory not lost on death, openable by right clicking the chestplate slot

    • Naturally has defense without wearing armour

    • Can break natural stone blocks without a pickaxe

    • Cannot use a shield

    • Loses hunger faster

  • Bee

    • Every 5 seconds, you can hit something to poison it

    • If you're around flowers, you get regeneration

    • Bees don't get angry at you for taking honey

    • You have 2 less hearts than humans

    • You cannot eat meat (it provides no saturation and poisons you)

  • Drowned

    • Left clicking with nothing or when holding a trident acitvates an ability where you can use channeling without lightning, and riptide without the rain. This has a cooldown of 60 seconds and lasts for 20 seconds.

    • You can see clearer underwater

    • Guardians don't attack you

    • You deal more damage in water

    • You can breathe underwater

    • You burn in daylight and take more damage from Smite

    • You lose hunger faster

    • You're slower on land

    • You can only eat meat (other foods provide no saturation and poison you)

  • Evoker

    • You can left click whilst holding nothing to summon evoker fangs

    • You have a 10% chance of your totem of undying not breaking upon use

    • Pillagers and Illagers like you, and villagers don't like you

  • Fox

    • You move faster when 3 or more other players are around you

    • Berries provide more saturation and hunger

    • Sweet berry bushes don't damage you

    • You can pick up items from further away

    • You move faster than humans

    • You have 2 hearts less than humans

  • Slime

    • You bounce on all blocks like slime

    • You can left click whilst holding nothing to split and summon a slime that fights for you, using some of your hunger points

    • You deal more knockback but less damage when on low health

    • You do not take fall damage

  • Snow Golem

    • You take damage in water

    • You lose speed and health if you stay too long in warm biomes

    • Snowballs you throw deal damage

    • You leave a snow trail behind

    • You deal more damage in cold areas

  • Strider

    • You take no fire damage

    • You spawn in the nether

    • You take damage from water

    • You can walk on lava

    • You move slower on land

    • Other players can ride you

    • You can eat warped fungus for a speed boost

  • Witch

    • Potions you drink last twice as long

    • You can left click with an empty hand to drink a potion that is useful for the situation you are in

    • You have witch particles

    • Pillagers and Illagers like you, and villagers don't like you

  • Wolf

    • You have 2 hearts less health than humans

    • You become faster stronger, and have more health during a full moon

    • Wolves you tame and breed are stronger and have more health

    • You can howl by left clicking with nothing in your hand to give speed and strength to you and nearby wolves

    • If you have 4 or more wolves nearby you deal more damage and are faster

    • You can only eat meat (other foods provide no saturation and poison you)

  • Guardian

    • You have natural thorns

    • Guardians don't attack you

    • You have natural armour

    • You are weaker on the surface

    • You can breathe underwater but not on land

    • You can see clearer underwater

    • You can break blocks faster underwater

    • You can swim faster underwater

    • You take more damage from Impaling

    • You get air from potions

    • You can become an Elder Guardian by killing one

  • Elder Guardian

    • This origin is unchoosable, you transform into it by killing a natural Elder Guardian when you have the Guardian origin

    • All guardian abilities

    • Your natural thorns are stronger

    • Your natural armour is stronger

    • You are immune to mining fatigue

    • You can left click whilst holding nothing to give mining fatigue to nearby players

  • Creeper

    • Other creepers do not attack you

    • You can explode, sacrificing some of your health, by double tapping sneak quickly

    • You gain nausea and weakness when around cats

    • You cannot use a shield

  • Zombie

    • You have night vision when on land

    • Undead mobs won't attack you unless you attack them first

    • You take more damage from Smite

    • You burn in daylight

    • You are slower than humans

    • You lose hunger faster than humans

    • You can only eat meat (other foods provide no saturation and poison you)

    • Villagers are afraid of you, and will run away and refuse to trade

    • You can zombify villagers by killing them

    • You can transform into a Husk or a Drowned

  • Husk

    • This origin is unchoosable, you get it by staying in a warm biome like the desert for a long time as a Zombie

    • You can transform back into a Zombie by staying in the water for a long time

    • You have night vision when on land

    • Undead mobs won't attack you unless you attack them first

    • You take more damage from Smite

    • You are slower than humans

    • You are even slower if you are in a colder biome

    • You lose hunger faster than humans

    • You can only eat meat (other foods provide no saturation and poison you)

    • Villagers are afraid of you, and will run away and refuse to trade

    • You can zombify villagers by killing them

  • Drowned

    • Overrides the Drowned origin from Origins-Mobs if you have it enabled

    • This origin is unchoosable, you get it by staying in the water for a long time as a Zombie

    • You can transform back into a Zombie by staying in a warm biome like the desert for a long time

    • Left clicking with nothing or when holding a trident acitvates an ability where you can use channeling without lightning, and riptide without the rain. This has a cooldown of 60 seconds and lasts for 20 seconds.

  • Stray

    • This origin is unchoosable, you get it by staying in powder snow or in a cold biome for a long time as a Skeleton

    • You can transform back into a skeleton by staying in a warm biome like the desert for a long time

    • You have infinite arrows

    • You take no damage from powder snow

    • Undead mobs won't attack you unless you attack them first

    • You have a perfect aim with a bow

    • All arrows you shoot inflict Slowness

    • You take more damage from Smite

    • You burn in daylight

    • You have 2 hearts less than humans

    • You move slower in warmer biomes

    • You take double damage from all sources of fire

  • Warden

    • You can sense nearby creatures with a glowing outline

    • You can only see a few blocks, but can see a bit further with night vision

    • You deal double damage

    • You can launch a sonic boom by left clicking without holding anything (this is slightly shorter and weaker than the real Warden)

    • You have double the health of a human

    • You have natural defense without armour

    • You cannot use a shield

  • Wither Skeleton

    • Things you hit get the Wither effect

    • Undead mobs won't attack you unless you attack them first

    • You are immune to the Wither effect

    • You take more damage from Smite

    • You have 2 hearts less than humans

    • Your maximum saturation is halved

    • You are immune to fire

    • Your natural spawn is in the nether

  • Piglin

    • Gold armour is as good as diamond and is unbreakable

    • You receive between 2 and 5 times the number of resources from bartering

    • Piglins will not attack you unless you attack them first, even if you break gold blocks or open chests

    • You have a perfect aim with a bow

    • Your natural spawn is in the nether

    • You can transform into a Zombified Piglin

  • Zombified Piglin

    • This origin is unchoosable, you get it by staying in the overworld for 15 seconds as a Piglin

    • Gold weapons are twice as powerful and are unbreakable

    • Nearby Zombified Piglins will fight for you if you attack something or are attacked

    • You can transform back into a piglin by eating a golden apple when you have the weakness effect

    • Undead mobs won't attack you unless you attack them first

    • You take more damage from Smite

    • You're slower than humans

    • You lose hunger faster

    • Your natural spawn is in the nether

    • You don't take any form of fire damage

  • Bard

    • You deal more damage on low health

    • You gain regeneration when a nearby note block is played

    • You can duplicate allays without a jukebox playing

    • You gain regeneration by right clicking with an amethyst shard

    • Creepers you kill have a 25% chance of dropping music discs even if not killed by a skeleton

  • Centaur

    • You always on a horse

    • You jump higher than regular horses

    • You are faster than regular horses

    • You are stronger on nights with a full moon

    • You have perfect aim with a bow

  • Dragonborn

    • You can right click with a glass bottle to store your dragon's breath in it

    • You have more health and are stronger in the end

    • You are healed by end crystals

    • You can shoot a dragon fireball by right clicking with a sword

    • You take less damage from arrows

  • Dwarf

    • You have infinite haste

    • You have infinite night vision

    • Ores you break drop more minerals

    • You have immunity to poison and harming potion effects

    • You are only one block tall

  • Elf

    • You have perfect aim with a bow

    • Arrows you shoot deal more damage than ones shot by humans

    • Arrows you shoot are faster than ones shot by humans

    • Potion effects on your arrows are stronger

    • By left clicking with your bow, you shoot 3 arrows for the cost of 1, though this disables your bow for 7 seconds

  • Giant

    • You have double the health of a human

    • You deal more melee damage but have a longer cooldown on your attacks

    • You're a poor shot with your arrows

    • You have natural armor

    • You are 3 blocks tall

  • Naiad

    • You have extra health and deal more damage in water or rain

    • You're weaker and slower when not in the water

    • You can breathe underwater but not on land

    • You can see clearly underwater

    • You can break blocks underwater at the same speed as on land

    • You swim faster in water than a human

    • You only sink in water when you want to

  • Vampire

    • You can transform other players into vampires by killing them

    • You burn in daylight

    • You take damage in water

    • You heal a small amount of health upon killing something

    • You deal more damage than humans

    • Undead mobs don't attack you unprovoked

  • Alchemist

    • Potions you drink and throw are a level stronger and last twice as long.

    • Right clicking on copper with an empty hand turns it to gold, and vice versa.

    • You deal only 0.75x damage.

    • You have only 3 hearts when touching water.

  • Telekinetic

    • You can interact with blocks, entities and items further away than normal.

    • Drops from entities and blocks go straight into your inventory.

    • You deal only 0.75x damage.

    • You have only 3 hearts when touching water.

  • Healer

    • You can survive death once every 10 minutes.

    • When you right click on something, it gets Regeneration 2 for 10 seconds.

    • When standing still you have infinite Regeneration 2.

    • You deal only 0.75x damage.

    • You have only 3 hearts when touching water.

  • Hypnotist

    • Right clicking on a monster makes it attack the last other thing you hit.

    • Right clicking on a player gives them Nausea for 30 seconds.

    • You deal only 0.75x damage.

    • You have only 3 hearts when touching water.

  • Necromancer

    • Undead monsters nearby to you target whatever you hit.

    • You can swing your fist to bring nearby dead players that have not respawned back to life where they died.

    • You have more health and deal more damage in the nether, and have less health and deal less damage outside the nether.

    • Undead monsters won't attack you unprovoked.

    • Villagers refuse to trade with you.

    • You have only 3 hearts when touching water.

  • Spirit

    • Your footsteps are not detected by Sculk Sensors.

    • You are invisible when standing still, as if using an Invisibility potion.

    • You have more health and deal more damage in the nether, and have less health and deal less damage outside the nether.

    • You have only 3 hearts when touching water.

  • Warlock

    • Whenever you kill something, you absorb some of its health for up to 30 extra hearts.

    • Upon hitting something, it gains a negative effect for 15 seconds.

    • Undead monsters won't attack you unprovoked.

    • You can't use enchantments or potions.

    • Villagers refuse to trade with you.

    • You have only 3 hearts when touching water.

  • Shadowmancer

    • You are fully invisible and cannot be interacted with by others in dark areas.

    • You deal increased damage in the dark, and reduced damage in the light.

    • You are set on fire in light, even from things like torches.

    • You take double damage from fire.

    • You are not affected by Fire Resistance.

    • You have only 3 hearts when touching water.
